William “Will” France is the owner and operator of a 3rd generation Oil Field Service company for over 20+ years. Will has a remarkable oil and gas legacy spanning across Thibodaux, Lousiana all the way to the Permian Basin in Texas. Will uses his wisdom in the industry to help navigate OBX and its partners to new deals and global trades. His strategic foresight has positioned OBX in the hydrocarbon markets with operational excellence and has developed relationship with major oil companies.

Currently, Will oversees all in field operations and well development across West Texas, where he manages logistics and supply chains of crude and refined petroleum products.

Harrison is an entrepreneurial legal professional and executive with over thirty years of experience in energy, technologies, media and start-ups.

Most recently, he was part of the core founding-management team behind Sky Quarry Inc., an environmental remediation and recycling venture that began trading on NASDAQ in 2025, which started with an oil-sands extraction facility in Utah which recycles rooftop shingles and further processes the oil from the same in the company’s refining facilities in Nevada.  This has been Mr. Kordestani’s training ground and the impetus for his involvement with OBX, its principals and technologies.

Mr. Kordestani is a member of the bars of the states of California and Maryland, the United States District Courts, and the U.S. Tax Court, as well as having been a guest lecturer at the Tisch School at the New York University, and Chapman University in Southern California.  He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California, his J.D. from California Western School of Law, his LL.M. from Boston University School of Law, and most recently attended the Oxford University’s Saïd School of Business and the Smith School for Enterprise and Environment’s Climate Emergency Leadership Programme.
